Ashley Steeves
Ashley, director of all High5EM operations, in charge of the day to day management, is the race director for all events. She holds certifications with USA Triathlon & Road Runners Club of America. Given her years in the industry, she has an acquired skill set and extensive knowledge of the industry. If she’s not wearing her RD hat, you can find her on her on the “other side” participating in these events. She resides in Amesbury, MA with Caren and their 2 year old son, Jackson

By trade Caren is an engineer. She puts those skills into all High5EM venue designs and layouts. She is responsible for all web design and management. You’ll see Caren at most events running around with our little guy Jackson, when she’s not competing herself!
