  DESCRIPTION
  Join us for the Inaugural 5K Part of the Pack Run and 1 mile walk.
  Everyone is welcome including families with strollers and dogs on leash.

  About Part of the Pack Program:
  “Part of the Pack” is a transformative program designed to integrate people with disabilities into a gym environment, fostering inclusivity and empowerment. Launched over a year ago, the program began with a special girl named Stella and has since expanded to include nearly 20 members. Part of The Pack's mission is to protect and strengthen our "pack" and to ensure that everyone in the program feels like a valued and equal member of the gym. Through adaptive exercise routines and a supportive atmosphere, “Part of the Pack” helps individuals build physical skills while promoting a sense of normalcy and belonging, making sure they never feel different from their peers.
