Director, High5Em Operations
Ashley is in charge of the day to day management and is the race director for all events. She holds certifications with USA Triathlon & Road Runners Club of America. Given her years in the industry, she has an acquired skill set and extensive knowledge of the industry. If she’s not wearing her RD hat, you can find her on her on the “other side” participating in these events. She resides in Amesbury, MA with Caren and their 2 year old son, Jackson

By trade Caren is an engineer. She puts those skills into all High5EM venue designs and layouts. She is responsible for all web design and management. You’ll see Caren at most events running around with our little guy Jackson, when she’s not competing herself!
Ashley and her wife Caren have more than 16 years of experience producing high quality “out of the box” community driven and charity focused events all over the East Coast. Events range from high profile clients, such as the Michael J. Fox Foundation, to large Health Care organization and smaller local beneficiaries. These events range from 150-3000 participants.
